    ★ This machine tool is a four-axis four-linkage hobbing machine, and its control axes are:
    X axis - radial feed motion;
    Z axis - axial feed motion;
    B axis - hob rotation movement;
    C axis - rotational movement of the worktable.
    B axis, C axis, X axis, Z axis four linkage.

    ★ The electronic gearbox (EGB) is used to realize gearing motion and differential compensation motion. Parameter programming can be realized to replace the traditional transmission box and feed box. There is no need for gearing, differential and feed hanging wheels, reducing tedious calculations and installations. .

    ★ Multi-head high-speed hobs can be used for efficient and powerful gear hobbing, and the processing efficiency is 2 to 5 times that of ordinary hobbing of the same specifications.

    ★ Equipped with fault diagnosis function to facilitate troubleshooting and reduce maintenance standby time.

    ★ The transmission route is shortened and the transmission chain error is reduced. The linear coordinates (X, Z axes) are driven by ball screws; the processing accuracy is high, about 2 levels higher than that of ordinary machine tools.
